How it works

From a question
to a little more clarity.

A simple way to organize what matters before your next credit conversation. Start small and move at your own pace.

Three simple steps

Start where you are.

  1. Choose what you want to prepare for

Explore report review, a rebuilding routine, or offer comparison. If you are unsure, the planner asks three questions to help you find a starting path.

  2. Bring the details into focus

Use the checklist to organize your questions. Read the matching guide or download a plain-text worksheet to use on your own device.

  3. Prepare for the conversation

Keep your notes together and identify what still needs an answer. Use the questions you have organized when you speak with the relevant provider or professional.

Know what to expect

Explore first. Connect when ready.

Use the tools on your own

  • No account is needed for the planner or resource library.
  • The planner asks about your goal, timing, and report-review status.
  • Your planner answers stay on the page and reset when you reload.
  • Downloaded blank checklists can be kept on your own device.

Request personal onboarding

  • Use the Get started form to outline your business and goals.
  • Review the prepared request in your email application.
  • You decide whether to send the email to the support team.
  • The form prepares a request; it does not create an account or activate a dashboard.

Have a question about onboarding?

The contact page can help you prepare a support email.

Before you begin

A few helpful answers.

Do I need to enter personal financial details?

The next-move planner does not ask for your name, account numbers, or balances. Use general questions when exploring the site, and keep sensitive records in your own secure files.

Will my planner answers be saved?

No. The planner works on the current page. Reloading or leaving it clears your selections. You can download a blank checklist from Resources and keep your own notes separately.

Does completing a checklist change my credit?

No. These are educational preparation tools. They do not repair credit, issue loans, make lending decisions, or promise a change to a credit score.

Where should I go after using the planner?

Open its matching preparation guide, download the checklist, and write down the questions you want to bring to your next conversation.
